7/30/02: H9 acquired an additional A320 which will fly flights to the South Pacific.

 

7/22/02: Hawaii Direct, ICAO: HDT; IATA: H9, begins operation with 5 dry leased A320-200 aircraft equiped with CFM-56-5B turbofan engines.  These aircraft will fly from Hawaii to Californian destinations.

 

5/20/02: Hawaii Direct operations scheduled to start operation in the third-quarter of 2002.
